In the last few months, I’m sure due to rising interest rates and general inflation, we’ve had a lot of clients looking for properties in the 150k zone, before around 200k would have been more popular. However in Valencia city, that doesn’t get you a whole lot. Air conditioning (living room and main bedroom). Perfect condition, 100% ready to move into. . It is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, plenty of bars and restaurants and craft beer breweries (well one anyway). If you are looking for a very nice apartment just outside Valencia city, but have one eye on what’s going to happen to the economy in the next couple of years, this place is the solution.
