- Over ons
Nou Moles is a neighbourhood named in reference to the mill that used to operate in that area. Built in the 8th century, it was at the time the biggest mill in Valencia. So big in fact that it had nine millstones (Nou Moles). The mill stayed in use until the start of the 20th century when a fire destroyed it but up until then, people used to come from far and wide with their grain to make use of it. . . Nowadays people are coming from far and wide to invest in this area. While Russafa, El Carmen and El Cabanyal might be the headline grabbers for people coming from abroad with the intention of buying, for a fraction of the price, you could be living 2 minutes from the riverbed park, a 10-minute walk to the city centre and right on the metro-line that takes you from the beach to the airport. . . Bright, spacious and recently renovated with an excellent job done on the kitchen-living area, this place works equally well as an investment for medium-term rentals or a year-round home.. . If you fancy getting in ahead of the pack in the next “still great value to be had” neighbourhood, get in touch and we´ll arrange a visit.
