Occasionally we write descriptions can be entertaining, sometimes off-topic and maybe pushing the line a little (we do have a line by the way, I was as relieved as anyone to find that out). However good photos can do a great job in describing a property, so that’s usually ok. Looking at the photos I have for this apartment however, I’m afraid we can’t have any messing around or innuendo* we’ll have to do it the boring way, by looking at the facts and weighing up a property by the pros and cons.. . Pros-. . Location – less than a kilometre from anywhere in the city centre, and a hundred metres from the riverbed park. Extremely well connected by bus routes, and a metro stop 2 minutes walk.. . Size – 150 m2, with a large balcony. Stretches from front to back of the building (cross-draught), and it has 2 entrances. (Useful in the days of servants, maybe less so now). The building itself is very modern and well looked after.. . Condition – Heating and Aircon via ducts, machinery newly replaced. . Distribution – we already have separate sleeping and living zones , and there is an en-suite. . . Price – more than fair for the potential of this property. . Cons –. . Noise – this apartment is on a busy street. You won’t be sitting out on the balcony listening to the crickets of an evening. . Condition – clearly we need a new kitchen, bathrooms, windows and general redecoration.. . It’s a good apartment with the potential to be great. Get in touch.. . *Ok, maybe a little bit.
