This city centre property has been described as a funky apartment. What does that mean? For example, I went on holidays last month and when I came back the pesto I had left in the fridge was pretty funky.. . And this apartment is also something we had almost forgotten about but are now pushing to the top of our listings once again.. . It really is city centre, easier not to have a car here, everything is within easy walking distance, check the map below. Inside there are 2 bedrooms and a dressing room / home office space, and 2 bathrooms. It is a fourth floor exterior corner apartment, so lots of light and nice views out on the street. Even the building itself is great, turn of the century classic Spanish architecture. . . In fact we thought it had been sold already because the cleaner in the building told us so, but we had our wires crossed. Now I don’t have a cleaner, if I had I wouldn’t be working my way through half a jar of fizzy pesto, enjoying every hallucinogenic spoonful. So what’s the lesson here? – Don’t get involved with cleaners, you’ll never know what you might miss out on.. . Probably.. . Anyway, give us a call and don’t miss out on this.
