I love a super specific price tag for a house. A seemingly random number, but you know there must be a story behind it. I like to think it’s absolutely non-negotiable (but I’m sure it is), and the owner has come up with this number for a very definite reason.. . This property is L’Eliana for example. 682.590. The price of a yacht and exactly enough to live on for 10 years as you circle the globe perhaps? Maybe after living so close to the town centre (less than 10 minutes walk) and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, international schools and of the course the city and its airport, the owner wants to get away from all that convenience and travel the globe on a one-man racing yacht.. . Living in such a large house can be a bit too comfortable. 5 bedrooms, lots of space, large basement yet to be developed into a playroom, a study, a den.
