Welcome to the most beautiful house in Pedralba. Do you know when you enter a house and think, “Could this be my home?” I hope to convey all the virtues of my Pinterest-like little house. Shall we begin?

The house is a new construction from 2008. Even so, every detail has been carefully taken care of, maintaining the essence of a rustic house with restored furniture and luxurious details.

Behind the entrance gate, there is a patio with cobblestone flooring, a well-kept garden, and access to a garage area. I must mention that it’s ready to simply knock down a partition and adapt an additional room on the ground floor. This space currently serves as a storage room but maintains the same qualities as the rest of the house, smooth walls, light points… to adapt it to the needs of the family that inhabits it. In the patio, there is a barbecue/paella area next to a stone sink, a rare find nowadays. To top it off, there’s a water reservoir to cool off on hot days or relax at sunset while reading a book. This space brings a lot of joy to the house as its orientation gives us long sunny mornings in winter and shaded afternoons in summer.

We enter the house and discover a spacious, completely open space with visible stairs, a living room, dining area, ample passage areas, and a kitchen with a bar for practical days. Behind the kitchen, there is a complete bathroom with a shower to serve this floor and also designed with that future third room easily adaptable.

Let’s move on to the upper floor. The steps are gentle and not heavy. Once upstairs, we find an area that currently serves as a space for telecommuting or also as a reading nook. It’s a multifunctional space. If we continue, we find the first double room with a built-in wardrobe. Currently, it has two single beds, a complete bathroom, and the second room with a double bed. From the hall on the upper floor, we have a view of the entire living-dining room on the ground floor.

The house breathes peace, harmony, and lots of light. Perfect for lovers of spacious areas, high ceilings, and corners worthy of decoration magazines. The exterior carpentry is all Climalit wood; the house is very well insulated, maintaining an ideal temperature in both winter and summer.

If you’re not familiar with the town, I’ll tell you that strolling through its streets is a real luxury. The center maintains well-preserved stately homes, and the famous La Acequia street is worth seeing. The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art ‘PEDRALBA 2000’ is an interesting venue to admire the most recent works of Spanish and European art. Inside, you can see works by artists like Canogar, Saura, Feito, Sempere, Mompó, etc.

Its location in the Los Serranos region makes it even more interesting. The proximity to other towns of tourist interest such as Chulilla, Chera, or Bugarra makes it highly profitable as tourist accommodation. Surrounded by rugged nature, it’s perfect for hiking and practicing adventure sports. The areas of Alto Turia, as well as the Sabinar de Alpuente, Sierra del Negrete, or Barranco Lucía, are easily accessible. Just 6 minutes from home, we have bus line L245B towards Valencia.
