This is a property with some real potential. And I don’t mean ‘potential’ like this is an absolute pile of crap and potentially with years of pain and lots of money it could be a slightly smaller pile of crap.. . No this is a good one. The property has good internet as the current owners work from home, and it is located about 15 mins from the beach (12k), and 30 mins (30k) from Valencia city.. . If you have been following our blog, then you’ll know this seems a bit cheap for what it is, and there are 2 negatives. First of all, the house is located about 250 metres from the motorway, so you will hear the hum of the traffic. And also this is a rustic property. All structures have been legalised, but you will not be able to extend the house or build any additional structures. . . If you can live with those 2 inconveniences, this is a fantastic house. Potentially a home, with a guest area, potential for yoga retreat-type area, enough land to grow your own fruit and veg and be self-sufficient. Potentially.
