How to describe this one then? One for the horse lovers or for those wanting a rural project but near to two small towns, Villamarchante and Pedralba, one for somebody who wants a load of land, one for the horsey types…. . Potentially you could buy this as is, furnished and ready to move in or you could decide this is your big project so you just use it for parking up your mobile home while looking to develop a project on the land. Again, your choice. . . Mains electric and water and gas bottles. You can connect internet at the house from satellite for around 40-50 Euros per month but some phone networks have strong signal in the area too.
